Help:Inserting your own Ads

From WikiSuccess

You can insert your add banner in each new article at WikiSuccess
and earn money for each visitor's click.

Advertisement Rules

Before you post your ad please notice the following:

• you can place max 2 ads per article!
• AdSense ID has to be the same for all ads within one page or Google AdSense will cancel your account!!!
  

AdSense ID example: pub-4390370568784157

• you can change all AdSense IDs within the article only if you have added more than 50% of the new content to it (in case of vandalism your IP will be banned)

How To Place Your Ad

Step 1: To have your own Google AdSense ID go here https://www.google.com/adsense/.

Press "Click Here To Apply" and register a new account.

Step 2: You need to know your AdSense ID (e.g. pub-4390370568784157)
How to find your AdSense ID in your Google Adsense Account?

• Log into Google AdSense
• Then click on "Adsense Setup"
• Then click on "Referrals"
• Then click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
• Scroll to the absolute bottom of this page and click on the "Continue" Button.
• This page displays a text area with "Your AdSense code" in it.
• There you will see your AdSense publisher ID: ...google_ad_client = "here will be your AdSense ID" ...

Now you can use it in your articles within WikiSuccess.

Step 3: Go to WikiSuccess.

• Check out what pages are wanted. Create a new article by clicking on the title of the wanted page.
• Or view the pages which are planned to be added to WikiSuccess and add them by editing.
• Or create a new page and use the templates.

Add your information on the topic (try to search Google or Yahoo for more info).
In the Edit-Window press the AdB button and replace the text inside tags:

with your own AdSense ID or use pub-4390370568784157 to support WikiSuccess.

Note: To improve visibility of your article - it has to be assigned to one of the main categories or subcategories.
