[edit] Pleasure vs Pain

(controlling forces) Main driving and motivating trigers Associating (linking) pain or pleasure to actions/events shapes your life, attitudes. (very often is used in advertisement)

Pain is a greater motivator than pleasure. People avoid pain and go towards pleasure.

If you ever wanted to start business, and you haven't done it yet - you are associating more pain to starting it, than pleasure

Important to find out what you want from my life. The time to design your future is now. Not 20 or 30 years ahead.

Then find out what beliefs and associations you need for that future.


[edit] Neuro-Associative Conditions

Emotions are preprogrammed reaction patterns to different situations in our lifes Emotional state has to be watched after and managed. What happens in your life is to a great deal determined by your emotional state.

How you feel in any moment of time is purely designed and the result of how you are directing your own mind and body in that moment.

Controlling the way you use your body + And the way you focus you thinking = changes you emotional state at once.

People change their emotional state very often, by changing their physical state: Smoke(chage breathing), overeat etc

Hands flipping example - to show the effect of limiting beliefs. State change - as the key to emotional state.

Change breathing pattern. Paying attention to what you are eating - influences your state as well. Make sure that sleep and eating well - supports your life and not destroyes it.

Emotions are nothing than physiological storms in your body.

b. Changing your focus Having headacke, and changing your mental focus - moves the pain away.

We can control what we are focusing on. Or how we are focussing on.

Example with the visit to party (experience is based on what you are focusing on)

Example: focusing on color in your room (blue vs brown)

A lot of people in their lives focus on bad sides, problems etc, but the others focus on pleasant things and have a better life

What determines what you focus on are your beliefs and evaluation of things (asking a question)

Thinking is nothing but the process of evaluating things, searching for "what should I do in this case?" and "what does it mean to me?".

Whatever question you ask, you will get the answer. "why do these things happen to you?" "Because you are a lucky person" You have habitual focuses, and questioons.

Lausy questions: "why does this all happens to me?" "Why am I so fat?" (presupposition, an emmbedded answer, pesuppose, that you are a limited level of intelligence, or skill, or ability and therefore get lausy answers on it.)

Better quality questions: "How can i become more thin now and enjoy the process?"

Questions help to focus on things that empower you (or disempower), to get access to ressources within yourself. The things you need to succeed are already inyourself.

"Gosh, can I really do this?" - it activates doubt.

Better: "How can Imake this thing happen and make it the fun for me?"

Decide what you wanna focus on in your life and what you wanna experience on a daily basis, cause that's where you power is gonna come from.

Many things that you think are impossible or difficult are only difficult or impossible because of the way you are focusing on them. You are focusing on how it can't be done, and you gotta remember, whatever you focus on is what you get. So why not focus on how could it be done?

Changing the focus, your state and be modelling other people you can get the desired result.


[edit] Values and Beliefs

Values and Beliefs - Labels for different levels of pain and pleasure (are really the driving forces of your life)

What would you like to have in you life: success, adventure, outrageousness, love, comfort or security? If you could only have one of those, which of thos e states would you pick?

Moving towards values: Adventure, Love, Success, etc

Moving-away values: Anger, Depression, Anger, etc

Hierarchy of importance: which of them would you like to avoid the most?

E.g. Skydiving for a person that has the number one value in life - security. If you know the number one values of a person, you can highly likely picture their whole life.

Most people have conflicting values: on one hand - success, on the other hand - to aviod failure.

What's most important to you in your life? (states!!) being successful(means: career, family), adventure (means: hiking) etc

You only want e.g relationship, because of feeling it gives to you.

If you change your values, you change your destiny. New values change your direction and change your destiny.

Your values (the things you pay attention to as most important) come from your parents, friends, society. They are installed by association ain, ignorance etc in your childhood or adulthood.


[edit] Beliefs

Beliefs - are the generalizations you have made, rules you have set up for yourself about what has to experience a certain result in your life.

e.g. If he kisses me, than he loves me. In order to be successfull, you have to be always up and never be disappointed, ...

Beliefs about who you are? e.g. I don't have enough ability. I don't have enough eductation. Etc

Change your cor beliefs. Example of negative global beliefs: I am too young. Idon't have enough money. Etc

Whether you believe something is true or not - you are right.

Pattern interruption!!! (The dickence pattern)

Think about two limiting beliefs in your life, how much do they weight in your life, i want you to think about the consequences, having these beliefs - what does it cost you in the pastand now, what are you loosing because of these beliefs.

e.g. I am missing relationships, think about special cases and put a great amount of pain on that.

What does it cost you financially? Do these beliefs impact your decisions to take some risks, to invest How do they effect your self- esteem? Your self-confidence? You feel powerfull?

What do youthink of yourself as living by these beliefs? What do you say to yourself living by these beliefs? Say it to yourself. See it. How does your face look as you see yourself living by these beliefs and allowing them to pull you down.

Feel how it feels? How does it effect you spiritually? Think how much does it cost you - emotionally, financially, spiritually - in all the areas of your life?

Now do this: take a weght of all these limitation, the things you are missing out on and Iwant you to pull yourself on in the future. And as you are going in the future, I want you to step five years in the future and make sure you drag with you all of the limiting feelings and experiences, and limitations, that these beliefs will created for another five years, stacking one on top of another, like a giant snowball, getting bigger and bigger and bigger, pushing you further down.

And I want to step in the future five years from now and with you bring all of the things you've missed out on, all the pain, all the frustration all the anger that these beliefshave generated through time, all the things you've given up on, bring all that with you, drag it with you, five years in the future, feel yourself five years in the future.

As you arive five years in the future, I want you to look in the mirror, feel as if you are looking in the mirror. As you come to the mirror - take a look at your face, how do you look - five years from now, having lived with all these limiting beliefs and not changed, not changed at all, what's the price you've paid? Do you look younger or older? More alive or less alive? More energized or less energized? Think about it, feel it, actually be there. What's been the price in your self-esteem? How do you feel aout yourself, having lived for about five years with these limiting beliefs and not changing them? What's been the cost to you? What's happened to you physically? Or in career? Have you gone low or high in your career? Feel it don't just think. You have paid that price for five long years of those limitations, five years of giving up the power. What of the things you didn't do because of these limitingg beliefs.

Now step in the future ten years from now. Drag ten years of dissappointment with you. And now look in the mirror before you. What did it do with you? What did you give up? How much things you did not do because of these lousy little beliefs? How dod your friends think of you, What's happened to you because of these beliefs...

Step twenty years into the future and drag two decades, twenty years of pain with you, and drag all the thngs you've missed with you. Feel it, feel all the pain you have experienced because of all the things you have missed. Look at your face, at your body. Are you healthy or not? You feel more alive or less alive, stronger or weaker, more excited or stressed and dissappointed? Where are you? What's happening to you? What didn't you do, didn't try because of these belifs? What do you say yourself after twenty years of living by these limiting beliefs?

Was it worth it? See all the pain and prices you have paid, all the thing you have given up. How do you feel about you life if you'd live this way for twenty years?

And decide if you are willing to live this way? Are you willing to have this as your destiny? If this is painful enough that you are absolutely committed of never living this way, you brain will chainge your beliefs.

Change your beliefs: by installing a new one. Make it a fraze, that empovers you. e.g. "I am too young" vs "Maybe, but I have a PhD in results"

Visualize yourself now living withthose new enpowering beliefs? After 5, 10, 20 years? Associate a lot of pleasure to them!


[edit] The power of goal setting

Master the fundamentals over and over again.

On the train in Russia - Tony has set out all his goal and plans on the back of a road map. 85% of his goals he has achieved.

Pressure and tension make you get up and do that thing. Learning to use pressure and goalsetting - is absolutely critical.

WHY? Motivation through linking the desired result to pleasure, rewards etc And not doing it - to pain. If I don't achieve it, what will it cost me?

Pressure is ok, when it moves you towards the results.

Strong enough why and enough pressure to achieve the set goal.

What are areas of your life you are not satisfied with, write down what couple of beliefs you'll need to live by to achieve your dreams.

Do you have rituals, emotions, patterns, that you experience on the ongoing basis, that effect your life. Positively/negative.

Negative/Positive Anchors E.g. Smell, music, act which when triggered - bring you in a state that has been associated with this anchor before.

Your financial life will change if you will change your core beliefs. Expand your picture of your life - build your own role.

Most people sit around and hope that someday a luck will come, ..

I had so much pain from not being able to do things I want, to be with people I wanted, to travel etc

Write down what are you missing out right now from not having finances? What things I wanna do, make, share, create I am missing out from not having money?

A coward dies thousand times, a courageous man - only one.

Only you give yourself permission to label yourself as a failure. Define what does being a failure means. E.g. Not attempting to do something. Having fear. Etc

Erase old associations with failure and rejection and install new enpowering beliefs and associations.

Associate triggers of fear, negative emotions etc to positive, enpowering emotions - conditionioning. (e.g. Regection from opposite sex - associate with pleasure, power)

Get into state as you feel yourself 200% confident. Feelings are the result of change in your posture. Then anchor it.

Importance of fresh air for your health. Breathing effective is the first thing to start.
